KPI Guidance
TSC has tools and resources available in the KPI Guidance within your assessment. Guidance for each KPI typically includes multiple sections to support you in completing your THESIS KPI.

Downloadable versions of the assessments are available in both PDF and an interactive Microsoft Excel formats.
To download an offline version of the assessment, follow these steps:
1. Log in
2. Click on the menu button (top left)
3. Go to Responses
4. Click on the assessment
5. On the assessment cover page, click "KPIs...pdf" or "KPIs...xlsx" to download a PDF or Excel version, respectively.
Download the excel version as a great tool to support your THESIS data collection. This is a helpful document to distribute when you're collaborating with teammates to gather data.
TSC THESIS KPI Calculation Tools
TSC has created THESIS KPI Calculation Tools to help suppliers in answering specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for THESIS. Each tool includes step by step instructions on how to use the tool to generate your KPI response and is available as a free download from the TSC website (be sure to search "Calculation tools").
