Purchasing THESIS Licenses: Paying and downloading your receipt

How to purchase your annual THESIS license:

After you've logged into your THESIS account (or created a new account), selected THESIS assessments for the products you sell, and selected all your retailer buyers on THESIS, you will purchase your annual THESIS license.


A receipt will be available for download after purchasing your license.


Payment FAQs

Will I be charged tax?

Tax is calculated automatically when you are paying for your license. Tax will be calculated based on the address provided and the associated tax code for the service we provide.


Where can I find a receipt for my license?

You can download a receipt of the license purchase via the THESIS menu option by clicking RECEIPTS, clicking the desired receipt and clicking Download. A PDF file will be downloaded to your machine.


What type of payment is accepted?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay) are accepted. As an alternative payment option, Wire Transfers/ACH are also available.

To pay via wire transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your wire transfer to the account details provided here.
  2. Ensure your company name and email address are included in the memo section of the transfer.
  3. Once the wire transfer is received by Sphera, an access code will be sent to you from customercarefulfillment@sphera.com. To prevent emails from being marked as spam, we recommend adding Sphera email addresses to your safe sender list.

Users can contact Sphera Support (formerly known as SupplyShift) at supplyshift-support@sphera.com if any payment issues arise.


What if someone from my organization has already paid for our license?

Once someone from your company has purchased a license and created their account, they will be able to add additional users to the company profile on Sphera Supply Chain Sustainability. It is recommended that you reach out to this person and request they onboard you in order to allow you to collaborate on a single profile. Each company should have only one profile they use to communicate with all of their customers. Company profiles on Sphera Supply Chain Sustainability can have an unlimited number of accounts. There is no need to pay for another license if your organization has already purchased one for this year.


What if my payment is rejected?

If your payment has been rejected, please check if the type of payment you are using aligns with the accepted forms of payment. If you have questions about your payment or are experiencing processing issues, please contact Sphera Supply Chain Sustainability Support at supplyshift-support@sphera.com .


What currencies are accepted?

Prices are listed in USD and will be processed in USD.
