Sharing THESIS Assessments with Your Retailer Buyers

Before sharing assessments with a THESIS retailer, you will need to ensure they are added to your profile. Adding THESIS Assessments to Your Account

THESIS empowers you to self-select the assessments that are most appropriate for the products you sell to all your retail customers.  Product category assessments are not available automatically on THESIS and are not assigned by your retailer buyers.

You have two ways to select product category assessments:

  • During the assessment selection hierarchy, you self-select and add assessments based on the products you sell.
  • You can also add assessments from your dashboard after THESIS license purchase.

How do I download PDF and excel versions of the product category assessments?

Downloadable versions of product category assessments are available in both PDF and interactive Microsoft Excel formats and include full KPI guidance.

While logged into THESIS on Sphera Supply Chain Sustainability, you can download PDF and Excel versions of your assessment(s) from the cover page of the assessment AND/OR from within your assessment at the bottom of the KPI menu.

They're also available to download, within THESIS if on the left side menu of your Sphera Supply Chain Sustainability account, click on Documents, and search for the desired product assessment. Click on the name of the assessment that appears and a zipped folder, containing all of the assessment documents, is downloaded to the desktop.

You can download the scorecard export for any submitted assessment by navigating to the Scorecard tab of an assessment and selecting "Download scorecard" from the overflow menu. You can also download the KPI documents from the cover page of the assessment. The scorecard and KPI documents are the only resources available as exports at this point in time. Please note that your exported KPI documents will not include the responses you provided on the platform.

  2. Open Cover Page of Pending Assessment: Once the assessment has been added, you will need to Finding your Pending Assessments and open the cover page on any of your product category assessments. Under "Helpful Links" you'll find links to download the KPI sets (screenshot below).

KPI sets and KPI Guidance are available:
