Getting Started on the THESIS Platform

For visual instructions, watch the video demo here (English). It is also available in Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish.

For New Users:

  1. Create a new account here: https://app.supplyshift.net/thesis/welcome.
  2. Select THESIS assessments based on the products you sell.
  3. Match assessments to all your retailer buyers.
  4. Purchase your THESIS license.
  5. Complete your assessments:
    • THESIS Start
    • Product Category Assessments
    • THESIS Wrap-Up

For Returning Users:

  1. Log into your existing company’s THESIS account here: https://app.supplyshift.net/thesis/welcome.

IMPORTANT: Do not create a new company account. If issues arise, contact Sphera's Supplier Help Center at jira@sphera.atlassian.net.

  1. Click “Renew.”

IMPORTANT: If you can only view your previous assessments on your Dashboard, you must click “THESIS” on the left-side menu, then select “Renew” to get started.  

  1. Review and update your selected assessments and retailer buyers.
  2. Complete payment to renew your THESIS license.
  3. Open assessments from your Dashboard and complete:
    • THESIS Start
    • Product Category Assessments
    • THESIS Wrap-Up

Viewing and Downloading Your Scorecard

To View Your Scorecard:

  1. Log in to your account on THESIS.
  2. Click Engagement from the left-hand menu.
  3. Then select Responses (this will appear under Engagement).
  4. Click the title of the submitted assessment you want to review.
  5. At the top of the page, click Scorecard.
  6. Review your scorecard on-screen.

To Download Your Scorecard (PDF):

  1. Open the scorecard you want to download.
  2. Ensure "Buyer" on the left side is set to the correct retailer. If you want to have no retailer listed, select "No Retailer / Self Assess".
  3. Click the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner.   
  4. Select Download PDF to save a copy of your responses, scores, and questions to your computer.
